The Adams Room The Adams Room, located on the second floor at the back of the main house, is a cheerful room full of sunlight and warmth, even on a cold winter’s day. The Adams Room is named for our second U.S. President and one of our founding fathers, John Adams. We felt that the notoriously grumpy President Adams would be positively affected by the sunny disposition and colors of this room. The room features period furniture and a cozy wing chair where guests can settle in with a good book. The feather soft, four-poster queen-size bed with matelasse bedding has bedside reading lamps, and white balloon shades on the windows.
