Thank you very much Nadiah!There is always a vehicle available anytime, anyday. The truck was given to me with almost half as much air in the front passenger tire as it should have had. Several others were also low. There floor of the cab could have been cleaner, but I was mostly concerned about the low tire pressure. I went in thinking i had already made a reservation online. This was not the case after all, but I was given great service nonetheless. The entire staff was helpful and courteous and got me on the road quickly. Staff at the bay street location in staten island are very courtesy and very helpful in making picking up or dropping off rentals. on a car van which I only order must have one equipped with remote control mirrors . manual mirrors are not safe especially with one person . can not be properly adjusted to see out right side of vehicle thank you The Manager Nadiah was super professional and Devon helped me and my husband like we were related to him.

Not rent out a truck, a month prescheduled to go cross country to another customer the afternoon before the scheduled move day. Especially when you have an identical local truck sitting in the lot. Also, I was called and told I could pick the truck up the evening before, that the truck was there and available. However, when that eveing pick up didnt work out, wewent back to my original scheduled pick up time of 7am. It did not get back from the customer who was "allowd" to rent it the day before until AfterNoon. It was a huge inconvinvience and the delays caused me extra money and stress. Both employees were very helpful and courtesy. Uhaul needs to be more clear that your truck may not be at the location you picked. If I rent a truck in Staten Island I do not want to have to go to Jamaica queens to pick it up. I have to park The car transporter and take it off my car its u haul job to take it off my car not me Keep up the great work What a nice experience I had.

Two really nice representatives. I will definitely use this uhaul location only, going forward! Devon was so helpful and thorough Clean out smells in dirty trucks by washing them. The truck I received from this location smelled like something had died in the back. It was so bad my mattress still stinks and it was wrapped in 2 plastic covers, we also laid down a plastic tarp. I have tried everything to get the smell out. The manager of this location still has not called me back. I received a 50.00 credit which hasn't even begun to cover my time and expenses for using a truck from this uhaul since I will likely have to buy a new mattress. I am extremely disappointed in the people I have spoken to about my problem. One of the uhaul representatives I spoke to laughed when I asked to speak to a manager. This has been the worst experience I have ever had and I will never use this or any other uhaul again. The employee who worked with me was extremely helpful! The only issue I had was that the inside of the truck smelt like an animal died or tons of garbage.
