H&M is looking to “expand its sourcing footprint” by turning to Ethiopia as a new, low-cost country to produce its clothing. The Swedish retailer, which has relied heavily on its Bangladesh for its garments in the past, isn’t pulling out of Asia, however. To keep pace with its growing number of stores worldwide, H&M has had to increase sourcing across all its active markets, according to a spokeswoman. “As a growing global company we have to look at how we guarantee that we have the capacity to deliver products to all our stores where we have a rapid pace of expansion,” Camilla Emilsson-Falk, H&M’s head of media relations, told the Wall Street Journal on Thursday. “We are doing that by increasing production in our existing production areas and also by looking at new ones.” H&M joins fellow apparel firms, including Tesco and Chinese shoemaker Huajian, which supplies footwear to Guess and Tommy Hilfiger, in taking advantage of the East African country’s competitive wages, productivity, and natural resources.

Parking is extremely convenient. We were able to park about 10 feet from the door in an enclosed parking lot.Soft and addicting injera. My friends and I fight over the leftover once we got back home. Owners are very friendly. I felt like I was served food by my long-lost aunt and uncle, they welcomed us like we were family! We were a large group (12 people?),... The food is excellent! The ambiance was grand; experiencing the culture by sitting in the hut and eating at the communal table on the traditional basket table! Don't expect silverware at this gem of a restaurant. It is Ethiopian true and true-from what I can tell. Great for vegans and vegetarians. We asked for a basket table where everyone shares the food. No silver ware just Injera(a flat bread) that you use to pick up your food. There were 6 of us and we began with the... The service is warm & friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Since the food is served on a plate of spongy bread which you use to scoop and eat your cuisine, you are given warm towels with hot water and lemon to sanitize your hands beforehand. I highly recommend the vegetarian plate which allows you to sample 4 of their... I really enjoyed the whole experience in this restaurant. The meals were fantastic . Make sure to request the coffee ceremony after the meal. On the way from suburbs to downtown cleveland, pratically nowhere special, lies this restaurant and it's surprisingly well-design in its interior. Nothing from the outside can tell you that you're about to go to sit around tables under Ethiopian-like huts, and some with very small table (that fits the food style).
