The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service. This business exemplifies "Customer Service"! Not only did they help my daughter and granddaughters out by fixing their tire that had a screw in it, BUT in the true fashion of the Christmas Spirit, they did it without charge.
