I did take heed to not turn the water on full blast. The water pressure is perfect for rinsing out shampoo quickly and thoroughly just like a regular shower head. You do have to make sure the fit is tight and push hard as far as you can onto the faucet for best results. I had a problem taking it off the first time because it stayed on so well. You have to twist and pull with some force if it's on there correctly. Rated the durability as average since I have no idea how well or long it will last. But for the price if it lasts more than a year it's a great deal. Beats trying to stick your head under the tub faucet to rinse out shampoo or hopping into a separate shower after a bath. Should work amazingly for bathing large dogs as well, as long as it's secured properly and the faucet is about 1 3/4" on the outside edge of the spout.

I think a clamp should be included to insure the hose does not pop off. On the plus side, it fits a large diameter spout like a Roman spout.
