The screws holding the hinges to the seat were too short and pulled out as I removed the packaging. I ended up having to return it to my local store where they graciously credited the purchase of the defective seat to my account. This defeated the purpose of ordering the product for shipping to my home as I had to make a trip to Walmart anyway. I would have been just as well off buying the product in the store. All's well that ends well but it could have been a better experience.
