The staff was amazing from the person who greeted us at the entrance to the staff at the front desk and to the valet people. They were just amazing and alawys friendly. 눉The bathroom sink was leaking and when call front desk said will send someone to fix. Laminate Flooring Got WetThen received a call from engenering telling me that they were aware and was having an outside company fix it and offer to move if I wanted.눇The bed soft and comfortable. 눉The shower stall was a tad small, and the water pressure was very low.눇The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating! They offered many options to help me make the most of my first trip to San Jose! 눉The rooms were really big. And I liked how close we were to down town눇Really nice friendly an clean love this place 눉No hot tub and expensive parking눇Nice clean big rooms with lots of extras 눉The building light outside of the window was a little distracting, and there were a lot of high school kids roaming the hotel.눇The Downtown view was really nice and relaxing. We stayed in a newly renovated room on the top floor that had nice features! 눉The bar staff seemed overwhelmed by all of the patrons once the Adele concert let out. I had to ask the bartender for my $10 change several times only to be told she already gave it to me. Her reaction was not nice at all. My friend's pancakes the following morning were raw in the middle. Our waiter didn't seem to understand that she just wanted them cooked.

For the cost I would expect it at least queen size bed- didn't get the option.눇It was a gorgeous hotel! Clean and the bar and band were awesom! 눉for such a prestigious hotel it is rediculous they charge for wifi. 눉First night there was a large party on our floor. Called front desk to complain but party never stopped. Was kept up until 4:30am. For the amount of money we paid, would have liked a good night's sleep. Next night was fine. Also, did not like that the pool area is closed and locked at sunset.눇Bathroom was as big as the room. 눉Room nice and quiet, but property is showing its age. Was hard to keep shower at one temperature. Very frustrating.눇Room very quiet and lobby was nice place to have a drink. 눉Could hear music from outside the building when in room early evening . Improved later in pm when drapes were closed
