Smooth MovesCellulite: Most women have it on their thighs, bottoms, or bellies. It's normal, but if yours bothers you, you can take steps to make it less noticeable.Exercise SmartExercise is one of the best cellulite treatments. It doesn't make it disappear, but having strong muscles under lumpy areas can make your skin look more even. Try a three-part plan: a healthy diet, brisk exercise, and muscle toning.  Eat More Raw FoodsEat more fiber -- in whole grains, fruit, and vegetables -- instead of "empty"-calorie foods. The simple or "refined" carbs found in many breads, candy and soft drinks add calories. It doesn't "cure" cellulite -- nothing does -- but it can improve your skin's look and texture. You need to use it for at least 6 months, and a product with 0.3% retinol is best.
It thickens your skin's Read MoreSmooth on a "Bottle Tan"If you have fair skin, a self-tanner may help. Dimpled areas are less noticeable on darker skin. I've been using these for several years now w/great results. I think these would work great for someone that is "skinny-fat", skinny but with crepey or cellulite legs but for me, not fat not skinny but thicker legs, they barely... They work very well, and I use them quite often. I feel very confident wearing shorts and skirts now. I am such a fan that I've purchased these over and over again. They really do work and are very easy to use. I love these products, all of them. I have used ALL of them. The thigh lifts are wonderful for anyone who is like me and does not like the sagging around the knees when wearing... I totally love my skinnies for thighs-they allow me not to wear another layer of clothing especially in the heat of the summer months -they are simple to apply and last all day-no... Doesn't work, and doesn't stick on the skin!! If I could give this a "0" star rating I would- 1 star is too generous. This is absolutely the biggest waste of $19.95.
