Other tenants named in the project are a 10,000 square-foot ULTA and 12,500 square-foot Petco. On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina is set to occupy 1.73 acres at the north end of the property along South Amity Road. Donaghey Hall, the mixed-use 67,500-square-foot four-story building at the corner of Donaghey Avenue and Bruce Street, is on track to be completed in June 2016. The top three floors will house sophomore and junior University of Central Arkansas students beginning in fall 2016. The first floor will include Blue Sail Coffee, Mosaique Bistro and Grill, Uncle T’s Deli-Market, Textbook Brokers, Inc. and Southpaw Express, LLC doing business as Conway Marble Slab Creamery/Great American Cookie.
