I've bought EVERYTHING as far as lighting and/or fountains only to be disappointed and feeling robbed. Gave up on fountains altogether, but not the lighting. THIS ONE IS FANTASTIC. We only opened the box and set it in the sun for about an hour before night fall and the lights were awesome spinning around the pool. I can't wait to see it tonight after a full day in the sun. No mess with batteries or anything! I am going to order another just because its so pretty at night. I especially like it moving because the light actually shows through the vinyl pool siding as you sit pool side. I never write reviews...but in this case I wanted people to know how extremely nice this one is. I've wasted a LOT of money before looking. This is NO waste of your money. And I have to say, this same light is on pool supply websites for almost double the cost that Walmart sells it for. So you can't beat the price either.
