Had an issue with my twin ovens, plus the turntable didn't work on the microwave. Rather than charge a ton of money for unnecessary parts for the ovens, he took things apart and fixed them on the spot. He saved us almost $400 (the price of the control panel alone!) The microwave needed the small motor replaced. He came back the next day and changed it right away. This guy is honest and straightforward, and fixes what he says he's going to fix. Just finds the issue and finds the best way to fix it while saving you money. I will call this guy again, and I will also recommend him to anybody that needs work on appliances! He asked a lot of questions about the symptoms and concluded it was the coils that failed. I purchased the coils and installed them.

I have a perfectly working dryer and was spared additional aggravation and expense, thank you very much and if I have problems in the future, I will do business with these folks again! I have also bought a deep freezer from them too. I had minor problem with it one time and they came out and repaired it asap at no charge. I didn't experience any of the problems others have.
