The decks and hot tub are for the exclusive use of this apt. This is the third floor, there are stairs to climb just like NYC or SF or most all of Europe. There is no elevator. It's not bad, I'm 50 and navigate them fine.Limited, home is on a lockbox and I or my team is available for any questions, assistance ect via e mail or telephone. Home faces east, great light in the morning, cool breezes off the lake. Parking for one car in the driveway off the rear alley. Parking is tight, this is a city parking spot, it will be snug. There is a high Chair, pack and play, kids towels and baby gates (2) for each staircase. Some dimmers are Lutron Maestro dimmers, to turn on and off, just tap the center of the dimmer and it gradually fades.
