great storage bins 60 and 39 drawer made of high quality plastic.not the cheap stuff from china land that breaks easy,this stuff flexes.I am on this site ordering dividers, I wish they would have included some with the unit. I am glad to upgrade my shop storage to this better system. I bought one of their Stack-On 60-Bin Plastic Drawer Cabinets and somehow I lost one of the drawers. I e-mailed their customer service about the cost of a replacement drawer and receiving no answer and I forgot about it. I went to my mail box today and low and behold they sent me a drawer at no cost to me. Customer service like this is unheard of today. I would just like to thank the guys at Stack-On for going the extra mile. The company stands behind their product. The customer service is excellent to work with and very prompt. I will recommend this product and company to everyone I come in contact with. I bought a 60 drawer & a 18 drawer set of your organizers. I called your sales department, the answering machine says you have one, but they don't pickup or respond to messages.

I wanted some dividers for the 60 drawer set, at $29.95, you'd think some would be included like all the other organizers I have purchased over the years.Cost Of Installing A Commercial Kitchen The drawers are TOO fexible, maybe ok to put in light stuff, but distort if not pushed in tight againt the "FRONT" drawer stop, which hits on screws/whatever if the drawer is filled. Now, I wonder if anyone in your company actually will read this & make some needed changes in your site. Like a page to order something from you on line! A good value & walmart online will ship online items to the walmart of your choice FOR FREE! Also, when you are at the Walmart website, type the word "dividers" in the search box you see at the top of every page and, when the new page opens, select the online tab. At the time of writing I found a 48-pack of small stack-on dividers for $4.26 and a 16-pack of large stack-on dividers for $6.02. From the pictures provided it appears that they are the proper dividers for the DS-60 & DS-39 models. Add your choice to the "shopping cart", check out with your favorite credit card and in a few days to a week you will be called and/or emailed that your order is ready for pickup at the walmart you specified. Last year I ordered the DS-60 & the small dividers (from walmart online) & they matched perfectly.Can't buy them here either!

Search the web, wait for days for delivery, waste time and pay more money and shipping. Our shop bills at $60/hr. How cost effective is that? I have told others in our national trade organization about this problem. It's irritating problems like this that really anger customers on what should be a simple purchase. I now have three of the 60 drawers. i am about to purchase three more. My only complaint is there are no dividers. There is also no way for me to order them. Dividers would have been an obvious addition to the purchase, as there are slots for the dividers....but none with the product. Frustrating to say the least. I just sent in a review and just now found out where to find your order sheet for drawer dividers. You have it listed under storage boxes. It would probably cause you a lot less critisims if you would list it under the drawer storage cabinet section. As a result Ive raised my rating up, but still think that you could have included some dividers with the units.

This is the first set I have bought (and I have bought quite a few through the years as a hobbist) that didn't have any. I like several others are upset that there are no drawer dividers. I got on line to here and none are offered although the slip of paper that came with the units says you can. Why do you offer dividers when you don't have them? Made much cheaper than before. I had bought two of these years ago and just bought two more plus one 39 drawer organizer. The previous versions had four mounting holes and these new ones only have two and I am skeptical about hanging much weight on only two. The previous drawers had slots to divide the drawers in half or thirds or any combination. This version can only be divided in half. I store a lot of small parts and now it takes more drawers to store the same stuff. And thirdly, IT CAME WITH NO DIVIDERS. Come on, I finally get these in the mail and now if I want to use them, I have to order and wait for the dividers. I don't think I'll keep them, planning on returning all three cabinets.

I have two 22-Drawer Storage Cabinet , two 39-Bin Plastic Drawer Cabinet and just received this 60-Bin Plastic Drawer Cabinet for Christmas. I love these products. I am disappointed that they don't come with dividers. I have been making my own out of cardboard because I don't want to spend extra money when they should be included like 10-Compartment Storage Box with Removable Dividers and 13-Compartment Storage Box with Removable Dividers, in which I also have two each. All Stack-On products are extremely durable. These are absolutely wonderful for LEGO storage. They are the perfect size for little bits and pieces that would otherwise fall on the floor. I will continue to buy Stack-On, but hope they start to include dividers in their drawer cabinets. At least disclose that dividers are not included! Spent 20 mins online trying to order with no luck! I needed Clear drawers! I was in the process of purchasing these units to use for storing jewelry making supplies. I had 8 of the projected 20 units that I needed when the drawers changed without warning.

I need to be able to see the glass and stone beads. With the change from clear to opaque that is no longer an option. Obviously this happened some time ago, but I have not been able to find an acceptable alternative. I am posting at this time because it has come to my attention that many other jewelry makers were also upset by this change. I, like so many, received my 1st 60-drawer cabinet today, and am shocked there are no drawer dividers to begin storing all my jewelry findings and beads. Now, I must order dividers at an additional fee (which is ridiculous) and wait again before I can put these materials away. I've never had to pay additionally for dividers before. You should rethink this policy. Remarkably good product for its price Yes, there are some flaws in the design, but none too serious. I have at least 30 of these cabinets, many carrying 20 or 30 pounds of nuts and bolts for years. I wouldn't dare screw them to the wall, but I do stack them on top of each other, supported by a shelf.
