I admit I love the cushy feel under my toes but the problem I have with them is that they absorb water & take forever to dry out so they get moldy even if you hang them up to dry immediately after showering.

The only way I know of to kill the mold is to soak them in a bleach solution & then wash them in the clothes washer. Of course the clothes washer beats them up a bit. This has to be done fairly often. It's a little too high maintenance for my taste. I'm currently looking to replace these with a mat that won't absorb water & dries quickly.
