Used Hot Tubs In Colorado SpringsAlthough i waited an unreasonable time she was nice to me although she told me that I would have to drive the loaded vehicle back through the pick-up site. I was unable to unhitch the auto carrier from the Lexus because the jack was unable to lift the empty weight of the auto hauler. I had to pay some local laborers to unhitch and hitch to the motorhome. I did drive back to the pick-up site so that she could inspect that it was loaded properly and safe.

This is not the uhaul location that I was promised to return to. I was told I could return it to the Mount Pleasant, SC location. The people there are great...so professional and helpful. Great experience every time we rent a uhaul. Living downtown, this is an awesome location and very convenient to people moving things in the downtown area. If ever moving, please stay somewhere on the peninsula! (even if it's upper peninsula away from heavier traffic areas. Only 1 person working waited45 min to return equipment backed up onto King st waiting to be returned have to wait all day for serviceVehicle was ready & waiting when I arrived. Speedy check out, (less than five minutes). No waiting on the return of vehicle, final receipt was emailed. Highly recommend this Uhaul location. I appreciated the effort and cleanliness provided by King St location. My only complaints are about the quality of the rental equipment. The 15ft truck I rented was extremely old and did not have enough power to accelerate and blow AC at the same time.

Each time the gas was pressed to accelerate, the AC would go off for long stretches of time (30-60min at one point). Additionally, the truck was close to red-lighting/would not shift adequately on the highway while we were driving through the mountains of TN/NC which was terrifying. This truck needs to be repaired and/or taken out of the rental rotation. Always costs more than what you expect! Way too high mileage costs, especially when there is no location on James island and you have to travel extra. Customer service was great. Have the counter person be less curt with the paperwork process since most people like my self are not familiar with your processes. This location made pick up and drop off quick and convenient! Using this Uhaul made my moving day a success at an incredible price and friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. I will recommend to all friends in the area and will be back for all my moving needs. Great people to work with on Kings St. Super helpful and knowledgeable I would highly recommend them to any friends or family!

The service and equipment were in top shape as we have very fond memories of this location from days gone by. We remember this Uhaul location way back in the 70s if I am not mistaken. Very clean and the staff gives excellent service. The customer service was supreme but you need more manpower during certain hours as the staff seems to be trying to do too much at one time. Our vehicle was totally filthy and had I not taken the time personally to clean out the inside of the vehicle I would not have allowed my wife to drive it. The vehicle also had an engine sensor problem and a missing gas cap for some odd reason, other than that every thing was just peachy cream. I would have like to give this location an excellent review just on the service alone but the equipment failure just didn't live up to it. The service and experience at the location couldn't get much better Great people with great service attitudes. Michael was especially helpful and understanding of my recent poor experience with Uhaul.
