The result of this custom made racks is the MATR. It has been designed to store all size of aircraft tires in optimal conditions. Every aircraft tire manufacturer recommends to store your aircraft tires vertically and to proceed to a regular rotation in order to minimize the distortion of the tire. It’s exactly with this idea in mind that the MATR has been developed. The aircraft tire rack is made with a base on which sits 2 galvanized rollers that can be adjusted in 3 different positions to fit all tire diameters. On each side are mobile posts also equipped with galvanized rollers in order to maintain the tire vertically and facilitate the rotation of the tires on the rack. The 5 positions available for the post on each side of the rack enable the rack to fit perfectly to the width of the tires stored in the MATR.

Once the tires are in the rack, the only thing you have to do to optimize the lifetime of your aircraft tires is to rotate them once a month. I'm glad I go to Tire Warehouse.
