Good product if you are looking for a toilet tank replacement. It has everything you need all in one package. I call that convienent! The fill valve doesn't work, runs constantly and doesn't shut off. Worked perfectly on installation. Directions are a little confusing, but just mark the water line on the tank before you begin as suggested in the instructions. I had no trouble installing this kit and now my toilet works like it's brand new. The instructions were well written, clear and included good diagrams.

The majority of the time was involved in cleaning our toilet tank. Actual installation of the parts was about an hour and a half. I also had to replace the shut off valve and inlet line from the valve to the tank. The handle assembly seems cheesy but has only been in use for two weeks, we will see how long it lasts. Parts went together well, the instructions were easy enough to understand except the unit did not stop water running inside the valve after installation.

A telephone call to the company provided an immediate, simple step to perform to rectify this. The step was actually included in the directions but was unclear as to when it should be used, I read it to be in the event the water into the overflow tube did not stop running. After completion this toilet works just like new. It made a intimidating job unintimidating.

As long as you can read, and follow instructions, anyone could complete this job in my opinion. And the price, with less than $20 to do this repair job. I recently had the other toilet and the second bathroom done by a professional, and his labor was well over $300 to do this.
