Getting in and out of the parking lot was an issue during peak hours.눇Breakfast was wonderful. Hot choices (omelets, waffles, sausage gravy, grits, eggs) and fruit, cereal, juices. Nice that the transportation was provided to and from Chastain Park.

눉Not a thought in mind.눇The room was very clean and welcoming. The food was awesome and the staff was very polite and suggestive. It was a great environment overall. 눉The air conditioning is a window unit. It didn't adequately remove the moisture from the air, and as a result the flooring around that half of the room kept a slippery film on top.눇The lobby was nice. Self serve hot drinks.We had two separate rooms. They were not ready when we checked in at 5:30. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our first room. Our second room was not ready until 8:00 and was not even on the same floor. We will never stay here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.눇Great location. 눉Air conditioning units were leaving the room a bit humid.눇Marquise, the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable! He is very friendly, greeting us each time we entered the property; truly made us feel welcome and in a "home away from home." Marquise is first-rate and made our stay amazing!

Also offered to move us immediately when our room felt a bit "damp" from air conditioners that were leaving the room humid. 눉Bar in hotel closes early눇Great proximity to nightlife and restaurants. 눉The floor of the Suite I stayed in was sticky to walk on, not cleaned regularly. , it was no deal, yes it was a busy period, so the prices were up.
