National Restaurant Association Show With over 42,000 guests annually, the NRA show is a perfect place for hospitality professionals to interact while displaying their new, bestselling, and innovative products. The Hotel Experience Show Called the largest hospitality show in North America, HX (The Hotel Experience) draws a crowd of over 400 makers and marketers. Continually recognized as the industry's largest event,the Clean Show is a chance for over 10,000 buyers and exhibitors from around the world to gather and compare the newest products and innovations. The Clean Show is held every other year in various locations around the United States. The 2017 show will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Douglas Trade Shows was established in Hawaii in 1983. It is Hawaii’s largest trade show management company and produces four statewide gift, jewelry, apparel and fashion accessory trade shows as well as the Hawaii Buildings, Facilities & Property Management Expo.

Now in its 22nd year, the Hawaii Lodging, Hospitality & Foodservice Expo was launched in 1995 as the Hawaii Hotel & Restaurant Expo. It is now the largest trade exposition in the State and the only event providing access for industry buyers to a full range of products and services for the State’s most important economic sectors. Although, industry seminars are offered, the objective of the Expo is to bring industry professionals together with suppliers to create an effective marketplace for both on the exhibit hall floor.

All qualified Hawaii industry buyers receive multiple Expo notices and invitations by regular postal mail and email. Free personalized and printed admission badges are mailed FIRST CLASS to all invitees. Full-color ads are placed in all the relevant trade publications circulated in Hawaii. The EXPO PREVIEW, a full-color, tabloid-sized newsletter, is mailed to all qualified buyers four weeks before the Expo. It includes the list of current exhibitors, their products and their floorplan booth location numbers. All buyers receive 6 contest entry forms to win valuable prizes at strategic locations on the Expo floor. Exhibitors also receive invitations to send or email to their customers. Upon arrival, buyers receive the OFFICIAL BUYERS GUIDE DIRECTORY. This publication includes a full listing of each exhibitor’s contact information and a short description of their products and services. The Neal S. Blaisdell Center is a “right-to-work” municipal facility owned and operated by the City & County of Honolulu.

There is plenty of on-site and adjacent parking. The exhibitors are permitted to do their own display move-in, set-up and removal. The Blaisdell Center is conveniently located just two miles from Waikiki Beach, the heart of Hawaii’s tourist industry. Honolulu’s modern downtown business, civic center and capitol district are within walking distance. Standard pipe & drape exhibit booths 10’ deep x 10’ wide are $1,545 plus 4.712% tax and include one skirted display table, 2 side chairs, a wastebasket, a 7” x 44” booth ID sign, a listing in the Buyer’s Guide given to attendees, a listing and link on the Expo website and 4 exhibitor ID badges. 8’ deep by 10’ wide booth spaces are also available for $1,395 plus 4.712% tax. Corner booth locations are an additional $175 each. The attendee list is made available free to all exhibitors after the Expo. Exhibit hours are 10am to 5pm on Wed. July 13th and 10am to 5pm Thurs. July 14th. Exhibitors may install their displays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Tues. July 12th and from 7:30 am to 9:30 am on Wed. July 13th.
