I have looked at the directions for measuring which as stated to add 3 inches to width and length. Do I purchase 31 or 32 inch blinds? 4 What is the minimum depth required for this blind? I know the blind is 2.3 inches deep and for it to be flush it needs to be that but what is the minimum for modified inside mount? 3 Is the wand while, clear or either at buyer's option?
