He was very professional and highly skilled. I love my new blinds, the color as well as the quality. Average product and install Multiple Coolaroo blinds plastic gear chain mechanisms came apart and the chain lengths on the Coolaroo OEM packages were incorrect even though they stated they were all the same length. Very poor OEM quality control. Home Depot did reorder 8 new chains and gear mechanisms. Even then the installer had to use some of the old and new chains to get enough of the same length. The installer came out originally and then a second time to correct the chain lengths. The primary reason we picked Coolaroo is because they had a color that matched our siding and the installer did say that their attaching mechanism was much better suited for our outdoor application than the competition.
