They kept me informed about the schedule and nicely answered all my dumb questions. They were kind enough to take a few days off when my husband had surgery. They told me where to buy good quality flooring and trim at a good price. They gave advice on choices but didn't pressure me to agree. They got a custom stain to match my pre-finished flooring, and it's perfect. I used painted shoe mold, but they used a stained piece under the front door because white would have looked bad there due to all the dark surfaces around it. They were punctual, hauled the old materials away, and left the scraps of new material for me to use elsewhere. Where we have bifold doors, they cut each strip of flooring and lined it up perfectly on the other side of the track.

Carpenters who have been here have commented on the workmanship of the floor. Chris and his crew came in and brought the floors back to life by sanding and staining the floors.

They were very professional and before doing anything they made sure we approved of it. The floors are remarkable and we get numerous comments about the excellent job that these guys did.
