Free Knitted Car Seat Cover Pattern

How many hours you think this would take to make? I don't have an estimate of time. There are so many interruptions around here I can't keep track of time. It doesn't take as long as a full sized baby blanket as it is smaller. Hi suziecan you tell me what size this hat will be for and can you tell me if I want to make it bigger how many stitches do I add thanks sarah My guess is this cap will be a newborn size. Cast on extra stitches in increments of six to make it larger. Hi SuzieThank you for sharing this pattern. I'm at the end when I knit 5 rows for border it doesn't match 1st borderThank youMaureen Whatever you think looks good. I couldn't help but notice the difference in stitch when comparing the blanket to the cap. The blanket is:Row 6: K.Row 7: K5, P across to last 5 sts, K5. Row 8: K5, *P2, K1. Repeat from * to last 7 sts, P2, K5.Row 9: K5, *K2, P1. Repeat from * to last 7 sts, K7.The cap pattern is:Rounds 1-2: Knit. Rounds 3-4: *P2, K1. Repeat from * around.

Repeat rounds 1-4 until cap measures about 6 inches from cast on edge ending with round 4.Should row 4 be K2, P1?
Putting Patio Furniture On Grass The cap is worked in the round and the blanket is worked flat that's the difference.
Austrian Curtain For Sale thank you for the clarification
Shower Head Mist Spray To make the cap larger, you stated to CO in increments of 6. So if the original CO was 48 st plus 6 = 54 stitches. With that and working the ribbing, it leaves you with 4 knit stitches together which tells me you need to add in increments of 4 which will throw off the main pattern. The stitch pattern of K2, P1 works ok with 54 sts. I am confused and frogged this 3 times not getting beyond the 1st row. Sorry you had problems.

Actually I said to make the blanket larger to cast on in increments of 6. I never worked out what to do for the cap. Try adding the four stitches fit the ribbing, then increase two stitches in the first pattern route to make it work out evenly ... The dark main body of the blanket tent keeps out the bright lights, and the textured stitch makes it more dense and heavier to keep the wind out. Yardage is not yet given as it hasn’t been tested, but I used less than one skein of the Caron One Pound and then smaller amounts of other yarns for the edging and appliques.
