Broken in 3 weeks. The umbrella broke off with a small wind that did not bother any other umbrella, or any other items on the deck. Simple assembly, sturdy construction, visually pleasing and VERY comfortable!! The canopy on this chair broke after using it for two days. In order to get a refund I have to dis-assemble the entire chair and send back to Amazon.Saw a little rust on the frame and I only had it for 2 months.Don't sit on this...ever! I was originally going to buy 2 of these, but decided to get one as a test before buying another. My wife started putting it together while I was out. She spent 2 hours and only got it half assembled. The instructions are blah (very Ikea-ish) and the holes did not line up so the bolts could go through to hold the legs to the chair frame. I was able to press the holding pins on either side of the chair in and slightly disconnected them (see pic 1) so that the legs could be bolted on.

Because of how the legs are attached the frame will not slip open or fall apart. But it should not have needed to be "figured out". The way the seating mesh is tied is also hit or miss depending upon your skill level with rope work. Having more than 30 years experience with The Boy Scouts of America, I understood the best way to lash it together. If you do attempt this, keep in mind that the rope will stretch over time. You want to secure it as tightly as possible but still be able to take apart easily if you need to tighten it. Another thing you could do ( as I did) was avoid wrapping the ropes around the legs (see pic 2) so that you can disconnect them for easy breakdown & storage without having to remove the roping. Overall it is sturdy & fairly comfortable but I'm undecided if I will get another. I will most likely keep on my wishlist & order if they ever go on sale for less than the $90 I paid.
