Free Drapery Samples The very first item Dennis produced was a “No Club Lone Wolf” (NCLW) car club plaque which I made by pouring aluminum out of a small pot in our old barn in North Grafton, Massachusetts to make my first NCLW plaque.

Presently, we now sell an entire line of NCLW items: T-shirts, sweatshirts, satin embroidered jackets, hats, hat pins, key chains, belt buckles, small plaques, toppers, lake pipe caps, ornaments, and wind-chimes. As a matter of fact, on the custom made side of the business, we have sold over 145,000 custom car club plaques and belt buckles to 3,000+ car clubs all over the world! Who would have ever thought, we certainly didn't! In the 80’s O’Brien Truckers started their line of finned aluminum products - valley covers, air cleaners, fuel filter covers, regulator covers, spark plug covers, HEMI valve covers, Hildebrandt oil filters, TPI air cleaners, coil covers, HEI distributor covers, radiator cap covers, lake pipe caps in all different styles, hot rod parts and many other items. In the 80/90's O’Brien Truckers acquired all of the original patterns from two car club plaque manufacturers of the 1950's and 60's - 4,100 from Speed Gems of Minneapolis, Minnesota and 8,000 from Chicago Metal Craft of Port Chicago, California.
When added to the patterns we've made since 1978, this gave us the bragging rights of having the world's largest collection of over 15,000 car club plaques and patterns! Since 2000, O’Brien Truckers has added cast aluminum backing plates and Buick like drums to make your front end look just like a traditional drum brake equipped early Ford, as well as many new air cleaners, hot rod parts and other products. These products were great additions to our company but, the car club plaques, belt buckles and key chain orders for car clubs and associations are still a major part of our business and keeps us on our toes making the camera ready artworks, patterns and finishing the final product. In 2000 we moved the aluminum headquarters from our small kitchen in North Grafton, MA to Sue’s dream home and Dennis' dream shop in Charlton, MA. Sue is the key to the “inside” operations of the business and Dennis manages the 9,000 square foot R & D and manufacturing facility working our business every day and designing new parts for our customers.
