Lost reports are help on file, and checked against reports of found animals and the incoming stray animals. Volunteer OpportunitiesThe Humane League offers many opportunities for interested individuals to gain experience working with animals, learn more about animal welfare issues, and work with other animal lovers to improve the lives of animals in our community. Volunteers can work directly with the animals, or support the work of the shelter through raising money, educating the public, or providing administrative assistance. Due to the generously donated time and assistance of volunteers the shelter can offer many high quality programs and services to Lancaster County pets and residents.
