We make every attempt to play our leagues on a week-to-week basis. However, if a league does get cancelled due to weather, poor field conditions, or for any other reason, every effort will be made to notify the team captain.

Depending on the number of leagues and size of leagues running on a night, we will attempt to contact captains first by email and then by phone. , or by calling our weather line at 533-9386. We design and produce one t-shirt each season for all league participants and they are generally given out between the 6th week of league play and the 1st week of playoffs. Therefore, teams are not able to use the t-shirts we provide as a uniform. We recommend that teams purchase their own solid color t-shirts if they wish to have a team uniform. Individual placement is tricky, and not every individual who registers gets placed. Your payment is used to hold your spot on our individual placement board. As soon as we have found a home for you on a team, we notify you by phone or email. The process of placing individuals is timely, and sometimes we don't get individuals placed until the start of the second week of the season.

As soon as we have information for you, we will pass it along. On the chance any individual does not get placed, we will notify that individual and give them a full refund no later the 14 days after the start of the league they registered for. 4.  Can I split the league fee and have each of my players pay online? Yes, you have the option to register your team and pay for the whole league fee upfront and handle team payments on your own, or you can choose to split the payments and have each player pay his portion. Our system will walk you through the process and let you choose to pay for everything or split payments. We know it can be tough to collect your team's payments, but your league fee needs to be paid in full prior to your team taking the field the first week of the season. Any team that has not paid in full by the first week of play will not be allowed to take the field. 5. Can my company pay with a check? Yes, we will accept checks from a company to cover the league fee!

Just bring it by our office to take care of payment before the start of the league. 6. How old do I have to be to play/participate in a CSL league, event or party? All Cincinnati Sports Leagues events, parties, outings and leagues are 21 and older. We promote products that are unsuitable for people under the age of 21. Click on the "Leagues" link at the top of our website and then click the icon for your sport. From there, select the highlighted link at the top of the page that says, "Click Here for the Schedules and Standings of Leagues Currently in Progress". Once there you can select "schedule" or "standings" under your specific league. 2.  How do I go about registering for leagues on your site? You can register and pay for any league online via credit card. Click on the sport you would like to play and you'll be taken to a full list of all of the current league options for that sport.
